0 - 10 pounds - $7.00 each
11 - 20 pounds - $12.00 each
21 - 40 pounds - $20.00 each
41 - 60 pounds - $35.00 each
61 - 100 pounds - $80 each
Over 100 pounds - +$0.50 per lb over 100lbs
Pallet/Crate - $250.00
