The reduced group rate for attendees at The Westin Oaks in Houston, Texas is $256 per night plus tax. Reservations must be made by Monday, February 9, 2026 as space allows.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 72 hours before arrival. Please note that Hotel will assess a fee of 1 night room and tax if you must cancel after this deadline.

Arrival: Arrival time for accommodation begins at 3 p.m. 
Departure: Rooms must be vacated no later than 12 p.m. on the departure date.

Late check-outs and early check-ins will be permitted based on the availability of rooms and should be inquired at the front desk.
