Exhibitor at "The Houston Aortic Symposium: Frontiers in Cardiovascular Diseases, the Tenth in the Series", taking place February 23-25, 2017 at the Westin Oaks in Houston, Texas, assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save Promedica International CME, Memorial Hermann Heart and Vascular Institute and the Westin Oaks Hotel and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by Exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of exhibition premises.

In addition, Exhibitor acknowledges that Promedica International CME, Memorial Hermann Heart and Vascular Institute and the Westin Oaks Hotel do not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering losses by Exhibitor.
