Exhibitor at "28th Annual Cardiovascular Interventions", taking place November 7-10, 2017 at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, in La Jolla, California, assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save Promedica International CME, Enliten Medical and the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by Exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of exhibition premises.

In addition, Exhibitor acknowledges that Promedica International CME, Enliten Medical, and the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines do not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering losses by Exhibitor.
