Exhibitor at "Cardiovascular Disease Management: A Case-Based Approach, the 5th in the Series", taking place October 5-6, 2017 at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona, assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save Promedica International CME, IASIS Healthcare and the Arizona Biltmore and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by Exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of exhibition premises.

In addition, Exhibitor acknowledges that Promedica International CME, IASIS Healthcare, and the Arizona Biltmore Hotel do not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering losses by Exhibitor.
