    Exhibitor at "Controversies & Advances in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease: The Twenty-First in the Series", taking place November 30 - December 1, 2023 at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save Promedica International CME, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and The Beverly Hills Hotel and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by Exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of exhibition premises.

    In addition, Exhibitor acknowledges that Promedica International CME, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and The Beverly Hills Hotel do not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering losses by Exhibitor.
