Exhibitor at "Controversies & Advances in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease: The Seventeenth in the Series", taking place November 16-17, 2017 at the Montage Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills, California, assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save Promedica International CME, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the Montage Beverly Hills and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by Exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of exhibition premises.

In addition, Exhibitor acknowledges that Promedica International CME, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Montage Beverly Hills do not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering losses by Exhibitor.
