Abstract Submissions
Deadline for Submissions: January 19, 2026
Original abstracts will be considered for oral presentation on Saturday, March 7th. Electronic poster abstracts will be included in the online course syllabus sent to all attendees.
The top 3 selected oral abstracts for the 2026 symposium will be awarded the following:
First Place - $1,000
Second Place - $500
Third Place - $250
Submission Guidelines
- Important Note: Abstract presenters must be free of any relevant financial relationships for the past 24 months in order to present an oral abstract
- Each presenter can submit a maximum of three (3) abstracts for consideration - generally a maximum of two (2) abstracts per person will be chosenĀ
- Submit the abstract as a Word document and limit the length to 300-350 words.
- Include: title, authors and affiliations, background, methods, results, and conclusion
- To submit an abstract for consideration, you must also review the collection of financial relationship document and complete the disclosure and release forms included in the submission form.
